Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Chapter 349

Chapter 349

The exam had started.

For the first question, Mia began to read out loud, "Usually, the so-called volume of international

trade..." Then she looked at the answer choices, "Honey, is it option A?"

Andre nodded, and Mia told Leo and Molly, "The first answer is A. Choose 'The total world exports'."

Molly quickly made her choice, "For the second question, choose C, 'Cost plus freight'."

Andre watched as the three openly cheated in front of him. If he dared to stop them, he probably

wouldn't be able to return to his bedroom tonight.

Half an hour later…

"Honey, can you help me calculate this, what should I fill in on this line?" Mia asked.

When it came to math problems, they had to spend some time. Mia, too lazy to lift her pen, asked her

husband directly for help. Leo had already started calculating, and Andre was watching him do it. Molly

was searching on her phone.

Before long, Leo announced the answer to the problem, "8%".

Mia turned to her husband, "Is that right?"

Andre nodded.

Leo was surprised, "You didn't even calculate. How do you know it's right?"

Andre replied, "I did it in my head."

Mia looked at her husband admiringly, "Honey, I hope our child can be as smart as you."

Andre reminded her, "You have 25 minutes left and 30 questions to go."

Mia quickly moved on to the next question, "Honey, is this right or wrong?" Knowing her husband well,

Mia threatened, "If you tell me the answer, I'll give you a kiss. If you don't tell me, then…"

"That one's wrong." Andre said.

"What about the next one?" Mia asked.

"That's wrong too." Andre replied.

Thanks to their reliable cheating partner, they all scored full marks when they handed in their papers.

Mia clapped excitedly, and in the dining room, she hugged her husband and kissed him several times,

"Honey, I love you so much. We need to do this again for next year's exams."

Molly said in a low voice, "Andre, I'll need a carry next year."

Leo excitedly said, "Uncle, can you teach me to do mental math?"

Andre, hugging his wife, looked at his nephew and said, "As long as you understand the meaning of

the formulas, you don't need to memorize them by rote. You can directly write out the equations, and

then calculate the answers in your head."

Leo was still a novice. He only remembered the formulas but didn't understand their meanings, so he

had to substitute the values in when he encountered problems. It was like a primary school student

doing math, who had to mentally recite the order of operations when they saw equations that involved

multiplication, division, addition, and subtraction. But those who were adept could directly get the

answers.

Andre added, "You three did well. All of you answered the previous questions correctly. Only the later

judgement questions and multiple-choice questions were rushed, so I gave you the answers. I have to

go to the office now. If you have time at home, go over the questions again."

After he finished speaking, he got up and left some instructions for the housekeeper before leaving.

Mia had scored full marks, and she wouldn’t really review. She simply closed her laptop, "Leo, Molly,

let's play a game."

Leo said, "I'm out. I have exams coming up." He went back to his room to study.

Molly also said, "Mia, I need to work hard for the scholarship. I also need to revise. Go find my dad."

Mia was speechless. For the first time, there was a division in their group.

...

Seeing the time, Coleen figured it was time for her daughter's vacation. She called Molly, "Are your

exams over? I'll pick you up."

Molly was a little down, "Mom, I still have several exams. I won't go home yet. When my exams are

over, my brother will be back, and I'll go home then."

Coleen thought of her husband's words from the other day, and also how Molly had always been

honest with Chad. Chad's actions made her somewhat confused. She asked, "If your brother isn't

home, you won't come home?"

Molly didn't understand her mom's meaning. She said, "You and dad are both so busy with work. Even

if I go home, you won't have time to spend with me. My brother can take me to the police station, so of

course I'll stay home when he's home."

Coleen was left speechless by her daughter's words. She suddenly remembered, when the two kids

were young and she was busy with her career while her husband was busy with work, they had left

their daughter to their son's care. So, to Molly, Chad was not just a brother. He tutored her, bought her

toys, and took her to amusement parks.

The more Coleen thought about it, the more uneasy she felt, "Molly, you don't have exams this Sunday.

How about you go hiking with mom and dad?"

Molly spoke bluntly, "If my brother's not there, it won't be fun."

"So you only want to be around your brother?" Coleen asked, a little annoyed.

Molly pouted, "When we go hiking, dad's holding your hand. He doesn't care if I'm tired or not. I'll go

home when my brother's there. I'm not talking to you anymore, mom. I need to revise. I'm working hard

on my exams this year. I have big plans."

Coleen was skeptical. "You? Big plans?"

After that, Molly hung up.

Coleen was left with a headache by her daughter. Not long after, someone knocked on the door, and

Coleen started working again.

Chad had been out for meetings for half a month, and Molly had been studying hard at home. Leo had

exams, so he had locked himself in his room to study. Only Mia, a pregnant woman, was left with no

one to accompany her. Cooper often ignored his sister, only replying when he missed her. Eventually,

Mia began to study as well. When Andre came home and saw Mia studying out of boredom, he was

puzzled, "Why are you so diligent today?"

Mia was leaning against the head of the bed, with her legs resting on her husband's. She held a book

in her arms and said, "They're both studying. Naomi won't let dad play with me, and Cooper's ignoring

me. I have no choice but to study."

Andre asked, "Aren't you tired?"

Mia looked awkward, "If I sleep all day, I'll become groggy."

Andre's face was full of adoration. Recently, everything in his life was going smoothly, and his family

was peaceful. He felt capable of anything. He was about to open branches overseas, which was a big

deal and required him to go abroad.

While massaging his wife's legs, Andre calculated the time in his mind, "Mia, your prenatal check-up is

in a few days. I'll accompany you if I can. Otherwise, I'll have Molly and Leo go with you. What do you

think?"

Mia immediately asked, "Where are you going? Who are you meeting? Is the person a man or a

woman? What's more important than coming with me for the prenatal check-up? You promised you

wouldn't miss a single important moment during my pregnancy." The moment Mia heard her husband

might not be around, she immediately put down her book, pulled back her legs, and asked her husband

seriously. However, to her husband, her seriousness was just her being cute, which brought him © NôvelDrama.Org - All rights reserved.

endless amusement.

Andre laughed and opened his arms. Mia immediately snuggled into them. Holding Mia, Andre said,

"I've made a business deal with a foreign country to set up a big branch there. As the leader of Cedillo

Inc., I must be there in person."

So, he was going on a business trip.

Mia immediately said, "A business trip is a regular part of your job. Go ahead, honey. Molly and I can

go for the prenatal check-up. Leo is a guy, his presence might cause misunderstandings."

Andre gently pinched her face, "If Leo doesn't go, who's going to drive you two?"

"I can drive. Honey, I've learned. Don't you remember?" Mia was a little overconfident about her driving

skills.

Andre asked her, "If you drive, can I really rest easy? Can you understand the traffic signals? Do you

know what a pending turn route is? Can you reverse park and parallel park?"

Mia bit her lip. She had no idea how she got her driver's license from the driving school!
