Florina looked at him dumbfounded.

"Sebastian.. I__"

"You will get enough time to explain yourself, butterfly... Let's go home first."

His voice didn't made her feel good, it was threatening.

Sebastian grabbed her arm but she refused to move.

"You still think you can get away Florina... Trust me you don't want to add in your punishment. Now be a good girl and come with me..."

He warned in a low voice.

She looked at the guards who were passing by and Sebastian shook his head disappointingly.

"You wanna try?... Try it but don't blame me of what would happen next... Go, call them..."

Florina knew it's impossible, no one can save her from him. It was useless to try. Sebastian can easily manipulate the situation in his favor, he is a mafia boss after all obviously he is pro in these kind of things.

Sebastian dragged her out and a few of his guards were already behind him. He threw her in the car and sat beside her. She whimpered when he grabbed her chin harshly.

"How dare you run... You are gonna regret it very badly, Butterfly. Looks like I need to cut your wings..."

He let her face go and she sat there in her place frozen. Sebastian was looking at her like a predator. He was controlling himself so he won't hurt her, at least not in the car.

Stephen pulled the car in front of Sebastian's house and Florina started panicking. She had no idea what he is going to do to her now.

She watched Sebastian getting out and harshly pulled her out too. He halted in his place when he saw the person in front of him.

Few Mercedes and SUV's were blocking the gate of his mansion and Vincenzo was standing in the middle looking at Sebastian angrily. His eyes found Florina and he looked at her with disappointment.

"Sit in the car..."

Sebastian ordered Florina and she gladly followed. She was tired from all the drama. Content bel0ngs to Nôvel(D)r/a/ma.Org.

She watched from the window as Sebastian and Vincenzo argued, she couldn't hear anything but it looked really intense. Their men were pointing gun at each other as their bosses verbally abused each other.

Florina gasped when the car door opened.

"Shh... It's me..."

Maria said.

"What are you doing here..."

Florina looked at her surprised.

"That's not the problem here... You are coming with me."

She ordered.

"Where?..."

Florina frowned.

"Babe you have caused enough drama... You want to run right, I can help you. Come with me and they won't catch you..."

"Why should I trust you ?..."

Florina countered.

"You have to babe and I want to take revenge on Sebastian so you don't need to worry, I am not going to kill you... And your words hurt me, I thought we were friends after last meet..."

Maria pouted and Florina looked at her suspiciously.

"Trust me Florina... I have no reason to hurt you... Let's go before they notice both of us..."

Maria grabbed her hand and lead her towards her car. Florina followed her clutching on her bag with her one hand. She looked back and they were still fighting with all the guards busy guarding them. Her eyes met with Stephen who was calmly watching her going away with Maria.

Stephen nodded at her with a small smile and Florina smiled back. She had no idea why Stephen was helping her to get away from his boss but she was grateful. She got in Maria's car and they drove away.

Florina looked out from the window and now every eye was on their car. Vincenzo's and Sebastian's shocked face slowly disappeared from her sight as Maria drove in full speed.

"Where are we going?..."

Florina asked confused after sometime.

"My mother's house..."

Maria entered the big metal gates and Florina's mouth dropped looking at the big castle like mansion. It was bigger than Sebastian's and Vincenzo's house and quite old with beautiful sculptures.

Maria lead her inside and Florina couldn't help but fall in love with the beauty of the house, everything was authentic. Even the walls were carved with designs. She could see her face in the shiny marble floor. Big sparkling chandeliers hanging to the ceiling. She could see the empty hallway leading towards God knows where, it was big and indeed like a palace.

"It's beautiful..."

Florina's voice boomed in the empty hall.

"It's from our ancestors. Beautiful isn't it..."

Maria said bitterly and Florina looked at her confused.

"If you look around carefully then you might hear the the screams and see the blood of innocent people."

Florina was taken aback from her words, what else could she expect from the mafia's.

"Anyways... Come I'll show you your room. You must be tired and it's quite late..."

"Are you sure they won't come here... Sebastian can easily get me. I mean it's his house too, right?..."

Florina asked as she followed Maria.

"No... This house does not belong to Sebastian neither to me. It belongs to my mother and only she rules here..."

Maria opened the bedroom and gestured her to get in.

"You mean Sebastian's mother is here?..."

He eyes widened.

"Not Sebastian's mother... My mother..."

She corrected her.

Florina scrunched her eyebrows in confusion.

"But Sebastian is your brother..."

"Stepbrother..."

Maria said and florina nodded quite surprised.

"We have a very complicated family... You will understand everything soon, don't worry..."

Maria left her alone and florina looked at her room. It was big with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom and walk in closet. She freshened up and plopped down on the fluffy bed.

"What must they be doing right now?... Vincenzo looked quite angry and Sebastian will definitely kill me if he gets his hands on me. Did I do the right thing by trusting Maria... Who is Sebastian's real mother, I never thought that Maria is his stepsister. Why does Vincenzo spend most of his time here and not in Italy... Who was that lady who controlled everything that day..."

With all the confusing thoughts she fell in a deep slumber, tired from all the drama.

Florina woke in the morning and did her morning business, she wore a white sundress as the weather was quite warm.

Looking out of the window she admired the view, it was a sunny morning and as far as she could see it was a huge forest. Last night she couldn't see much but now everything was clear.

She stepped out of her room and one guard helped her towards the dinning hall for breakfast and she was grateful as she was sure that she will get lost in the mansion.

Florina entered the hall with a smile but soon it disappeared when she saw both the devils sitting at the dinning table.
