Sweet Mischief’s Rollercoaster Romance

Chapter 304

Chapter 304

Mia mustered up the courage to speak, but her words fell on deaf ears. She said, "I'm married."

Cooper’s response came swiftly, "I’d wager my last dollar you’re not."

Mia countered, "I have a marriage certificate!"

Cooper persisted, "And where did you get that? I could easily obtain a fake one for a few bucks."

Mia responded incredulously, "Are you out of your mind?"

Cooper answered, "No, it’s you who’s out of their mind. You met Andre once, and now you want to

marry him? Dream on, sis! Get real; he won’t choose you. You’re out of his league.”

Cooper continued, “Look at your figure; then your IQ; you do nothing but cause trouble. You’re a

complete mess. You're peculiar, not sharp enough, easily duped. Sure, you're pretty, but you only

attract the wrong kind of boys. They whistle, snap their fingers, tease... oh, Mia, you seem ready to hit

me."

"Shut up!" Mia snapped.

With the Irwin family’s parents absent from the house, the sibling accusations began with no one to

mediate.

Cooper shot back amidst the berating, "Consider your temper, where’s your ladylike behavior? Ouch!

You're pulling my hair. Mia, living with you is impossible."

Mia fumed, a beautiful young woman who was once the belle of Havenbrook University, adored by

Andre, yet now accused by her own brother.Exclusive content © by Nô(v)el/Dr/ama.Org.

What was wrong with her IQ? She had earned her place at Havenbrook University through diligent

work.

What was wrong with her gaining a bit of weight? That just proved that she had a healthy body.

What was wrong with her unique personality? Only loved ones truly knew her character!

Cooper retaliated with flailing limbs, "Your attitude will make Andre like you even less."

She warned, "Shut up, or I'll teach you a lesson." Mia seethed, frustration boiling within, rendering her

momentarily speechless.

"Look at you, all flustered, oh, Mia, you'll be single forever. I’ll make sure you never get married. You

just keep dreaming." Cooper said.

Mia was so upset by her brother that she felt dizzy. She thought she was about to faint. Would she

really faint from anger?

Her strength was fading, and Mia's vision was becoming blurrier and blurrier. She grabbed Cooper and

said, "If you make me sick, my husband won't let you off."

"You should see a shrink. You don't even have a husband yet.” Cooper said.

Mia felt a little nauseous, and her legs were weak. Her forehead was covered in cold sweat, and her

lower abdomen hurt. "Cooper, I don't feel well." She suddenly became weak.

"Keep playing sick. You could take down a bull. Even if you're unwell, you could still beat the crap out

of me." Cooper remarked. He rubbed his head injury, looked at the bruise on his leg, and sucked in a

breath from the pain.

He didn't even know why he came back. He was worried about her being fooled by bad elements in

society, concerned about her being swindled. He was worried about his sister blindly falling in love. The

first day he came back he was chewed out by her; the second day he was hit; the third day he was

scolded. He felt like he came back just to get into trouble!

Mia felt her condition worsening. She sat on the sofa, and her lower abdomen hurt non-stop. "Cooper,

my stomach really hurts." Mia whimpered, acting like a little girl to her brother.

Upon hearing her cry, Cooper decisively turned back to look at his sister sitting on the sofa, clutching

her stomach. "Mia, what's wrong?"

Tears rolled down Mia's cheeks, "You made my stomach hurt."

"Don’t blame me. I don’t have that kind of power." Cooper said.

After saying this, Cooper noticed that his sister really looked unwell. But there was no one else at

home.

"We need to get to the hospital!" Cooper said. He started to panic a bit, grabbed Mia's arm, and helped

her into the car.

Mia was a law-abiding citizen. She said, "Your license hasn't been transferred. You can't drive."

"Looks like you're not in enough pain, and you still have the energy to worry about these things. As

long as I have a license, I can drive better than you." After saying this, Cooper made her sit in the

passenger seat, and he immediately drove to the hospital.

Upon arriving at the hospital, he didn't care about Mia in the passenger seat. He first rushed to the

emergency department, "My sister has a stomachache, and she can't walk."

In a short while, a hospital bed was pushed to Cooper's car. This was the first time Mia had ever been

pushed into the emergency room on a hospital bed.

On the way, she kept blaming Cooper, saying, "You made me sick, my husband will never let you off."

Cooper said to the doctor, "Doctor, could you also check my sister's brain?"

The doctor thought Mia was a mental patient, so he asked, "Where was she treated before?"

Cooper replied, "She was fine before. She just keeps saying that she and Andre eloped, that Andre is

her husband. No matter how I persuade her, she won't wake up. Just now at home, I told her the truth,

and she became angry and ended up like this. Doctor, she's only 21 this year, you must save her."

Doctor said, "Well, she does need treatment. She might have psychological issues. A psychologist will

come later."

"Thank you." Cooper said.

Mia lay weakly on the hospital bed. Hearing their conversation, she warned, "Cooper, wait till I recover,

and I'll get my revenge on you."

An hour later, the emergency room was eerily quiet. An unheard-of silence! The siblings, who had been

bickering non-stop, were now silent. They were both greatly shocked, rendered speechless.

Mia had a needle in her hand; she stared blankly ahead, only blinking. Cooper sat in the family chair at

the foot of the bed, leaning against the wall, also only blinking.

The siblings sat quietly.

Nurses came and went, and the new emergency patient next to them was in agony, but in their world, it

was quiet.

Mia seemed to have lost her life goal; she was silent for ten minutes.

Later, Cooper grabbed a nurse who was rushing by, asking, "Excuse me, I think there might be

something wrong with your equipment. Could you check my sister again?"

The nurse looked at the patient who was spaced out on the bed, then turned to the patient's family,

"You guys have checked three times. The equipment is fine. She really is pregnant, and you guys didn't

hear wrong. She's already two months along. Please get the father of the child to come sign as soon as

possible. You need to move to the obstetrics and gynecology ward. The fetus’s condition is not stable.

It’s a good thing she was brought to the hospital in time."

Mia scratched her head, looking extremely baffled. How could she possibly be pregnant? And the

baby's condition was unstable?

Cooper was also curious, how did his sister get pregnant? Why would she get pregnant just because

they had a fight?

After the nurse left, Cooper sat beside Mia's bed, holding back his anger and asked, "Who is the

father?"

"I already told you, but you didn't believe me." Mia felt somewhat wronged.

Cooper said, "Just say it, I'll believe you!"

Mia answered, "It's Andre." After saying that, she glanced at her brother's restraint expression, then

continued, "If you still don't believe me, hand me your phone, and I'll call him over and let you see for

yourself."

Because she had left home in a hurry, Mia didn't bring her phone.

Cooper had no choice but to hand his phone to his sister. He also wanted to see who was so

shameless as to get his sister pregnant!
