Chapter 2821
Chapter 2821
After everything, all of it, was handled, Marcus suddenly burst out in tears.
"What's the matter, my son?" Missus Shaw has lost three sons and he was the only son left by her side. When she saw her son crying like that, it was only natural that she felt very saddened.
"Mom...I just feel that karma really is a funny thing. It's really making a fool of all of us! It turned out that everything was already destined. Everything was destined!" Marcus was covered in tears.
Missus Shaw was confused. "What's the matter, my child?"
Marcus cried and then he smiled. "Mom, I've finally understood why God let Yvonne go through this disaster that lasted for five years. It turned out that God had given her the biggest hardship which seemed so inhumane, but God had given her the best reward. Otherwise, the person who truly died would've been my Yvonne, wouldn't it? I would've been my Yvonne."
Hearing him saying that, Missus Shaw said extremely emotionally as well, "That's right. At the end of it all, our Yvonne was still the lucky one who is doted on by everyone, even God. Marcus, hurry up and bring Yvonne home. She has suffered too much over the years."
Marcus nodded. "Mm-hmm!"Nôvel/Dr(a)ma.Org - Content owner.
Once he turned around, he saw two little children.
"Dad, are you guys going to bring Mom home to stay with us?" Felix asked Marcus.
Before Marcus nodded, Dulcie pouted. "If you don't still aren't going to bring Mom home, I'll...punch you!"
The little girl was getting more and more domineering. On top of that, she has her brother's support. In the big courtyard of the Shaw Residence, no matter if it was a fight between her and a car or a dog, she would always be the winner. Therefore, Dulcie fell that she was invincible.
Marcus smiled as he carried Dulcie in his arms. "I'm scared of being punched. If you were to punch me, I'll cry in pain. Therefore, I'll listen to you and I'll bring your mom home now. What do you think?"
Once both the little children heard that he was finally going to bring their mother home, they nodded their heads with all their might.
"But, before I bring your mom home, I'll first have to take your grandparents, your granduncle and grandaunt, your uncle and your aunt, as well as your mom's good friends along with me!" Marcus said cheerily.
That was right! Yvonne's grievances could finally be redressed. He wanted to take all of Yvonne's family and her best friends with him to pick up Yvonne together. When they got to Yvonne's parents' house, Yvonne's parents were so worked up and they cried when they saw the two little children who were rolling their eyes.
Yvonne's mother, especially, squatted while wobbling and hugged both the children. "My precious! My precious! You really have suffered these few years. My precious, it's your grandpa's and my fault! Your mother really has suffered so much!
Felix was the most sensible and calm. "Grandma, Grandpa, my mom can't wait anymore. Let's hurry up and go pick her up!" "Alright, alright, alright. You, little things, are the closest to your mom." She stopped crying, raised her hand to wipe her tears, and said, "Let's hurry up and depart to pick up our Yvonne."
The whole group of people was incredibly excited. When they came to the hospital where Mila was staying in, Mila was a little
nervous.
"Miss Mila, you looked much better today. You can be discharged from the hospital," the nurse said in great relief while looking at the healthy Mila.
Mila sighed. "My name...is not Mila. I've used this name for so many years because I really had no choice. My name is Yvonne..." The nurse immediately said, "Yes, you're right. Mister Shaw has told us and asked us to address you as Miss Yvonne and not Mila. Miss Yvonne...congratulations, you can be discharged from the hospital. Yvonne!"
When she heard someone addressing her like that, tears immediately welled up in her eyes. "Someone is finally...addressing me as Yvonne?"
The door to her ward was suddenly open and a group of people came rushing in. The people running in the forefront were her two children. Both of them shouted in unison, "Mom, Mom!"
The person who came in immediately after was Yvonne's mother, Helena. Helena cried so much that her lips were trembling." Yvonne...my child."
