Chapter 77 I Don’t Want To Die
Chapter 77 I Don’t Want To Die
As everything outside the window kept shooting backward, Blanca's heart raced so hard as if it could
pop out of her throat at any moment.
“Matthew, I don't want to die yet...Ahhhhhh!”
She was blown away by the wind and Matthew grunted impatiently, “Stop it! Shut up!”
“...”
She wanted to shut up and now she thought she was about to die.
Blanca turned to him and wanted to argue with him. And then she realized he could see nothing and
she was even more terrified, “Is it okay that you drive like this?”
“Show me the way,” snapped Matthew.
Car racing was not a new thing for these rich boys who had been driving sports cars when they were
just a bunch of teenagers. And also, the silk cloth was half transparent. He could do this by the sunlight
and his own memory.
“12 o’clock...Turn left!”
“Go straight! And the road ahead is blocked!”
“...Slow down...”
Blanca had been shouting the whole time. She screamed when she saw Jim's car following them in the
rearview mirror.
It caught Matthew’s attention, “What happened?”
“He's going to catch up with us!” Blanca stumbled in astonishment, “Jim is less than 20 meters behind
us on the right...”
The next moment, Matthew turned the wheel and the car flew straight over the viaduct.
Blanca was about to have a heart attack. Her eyes were wide open and she nearly forgot how to
breathe.
Then the car fell to the ground and made a turn. The car screeched to a halt, leaving black mark across
the road. © 2024 Nôv/el/Dram/a.Org.
Matthew grinned. The whole thing happened in less than five minutes and he stopped the car. He took
the cloth off and it fell on her hand. The silk felt cold and made her come to her senses.
Blanca swallowed.
“I, I’m still alive?” She looked at Matthew in surprise. And when Matthew nodded gently, Blanca was so
happy that she threw herself on him and hugged him. She patted him on his back and said, “I knew
you’re good at this. Why didn’t you say that you’re 100 percent sure you’re going to win? I’ve been so
worried...I’m still alive!”
Blanca didn’t see the look on his face. She just kept hugging him excitedly and leaned on his
shoulders. And when she was finished, she was still breathing sharply, “Matthew, I didn’t know you
were so good You know how to race cars? Are you also capable of anything else like...”
“I can do a lot of things,” Matthew gave her a subtle look, “I also know how to toss a loud person away.”
“...”
Fine.
Blanca acted like she zipped her mouth and she would keep her mouth shut.
Then, somebody knocked on the window. Blanca turned around and saw Jim was standing outside the
door grimly.
