The flight back to their city was a quick one, since their enemies used their absence to their advantage.

Liam’s car drove into the driveway, the doors were also opened for Liam and Amelia to step out.

“It’s good to be finally home” Amelia commented but deep down she wished they didn’t have to come back so early.

“There’s always a second and third honeymoon but first we have to stop those joy killers before they ruin our second one” Liam added with a teasing smile.

They both entered into the building hand in hand, as soon as Cecile and Brianna saw them they smiled in excitement.

“Amy!” Cecile came rushing towards her daughter pulling her cheeks slightly.

“Look how chubby you’ve become and you too Liam”

Liam smiled at her and walked towards his mum, he crotched down and touched her face.

“Are you mad at me? because you don’t look so happy to see us back”

Brianna faced the other side avoiding his gaze, “The honeymoon was supposed to be for a whole month and you are back so early how am I suppose to hear a good news now?”

Amelia blushed red in embarrassment, her mum in-law was so blunt with her words.

“And who told you that we didn’t make use of the little time we have properly?” Liam asked his mum while staring teasingly at Amelia.

“Mum I will be upstairs!” Amelia said hurriedly and left the living room or she might die from embarrassment, Liam’s new level of shamelessness was nothing to write about..

“Boss they arrived few minutes ago what’s the next move?”

Fred glanced towards old Grayson, the phone was currently on loud speaker for everyone present in the room to hear.

Old Grayson stared ahead calmly, he tapped the long table present in Fred’s base in a slow rhythm. Angie gulped hard, these two were monsters.

Who would have known that old Grayson harbours such hatred towards his own grandson? and his plan? she shuddered at the thought at least one thing was certain, Liam won’t be able to come out of this mess ever.

“It’s a good thing that he is back, what can I say? that mole thinks he can control the world now that everything belongs to him, everything that we have planned must be executed within this month”

Fred nodded his head and placed the phone back to his ear. “Start the first phase” he ordered and hanged up.

Old Grayson caught a glimpse of Angie sweating profusely. “There’s a need for you to be scared since your son will be involved now!”

“What?! no… no father.. not my prince!” Angie screamed in horror. Nicholas was her pride and joy if anything happens to him she might not be able to live with it.

It was fine when they took her little daughter away but not nick. Chloe was just another type of mistake she did. but Nick? he was her life.

“I already said it and so shall it be, and this could benefit him too since he has an interest in Liam’s wife”

Angie’s lips parted, if Nicholas gets a whiff about this, he would do whatever it takes to get that actress without thinking about it.

“There’s no need to say anything anymore Angie! it has been concluded that way!”

Louisa turned towards the door, she wasn’t in the mood to receive any guest after what happened yesterday with Dylan.

“Lou someone is at the door”

Chloe said pulling off the earpiece from her small ears. She placed them back and resumed watching the cartoon on Louisa’s phone.

Louisa grudgingly got up and opened the door, her lips parted when Amelia came in view.

“Amy!”

Amelia rolled her eyes and walked past her “Were you contemplating on opening the door for me? we have a lot to talk about”

Amelia ran her fingers through Chloe’s hair slightly. “Hey baby!”

“Big sis”

Chloe jumped in excitement throwing herself into Amelia’s arm.

“Awwn my cutie baby is looking really pretty hope you didn’t cause trouble for Louisa?”

Chloe shook her head and at the same time crossed her fingers behind her.

“Did you get something for me?” her big eyes blinked in excitement and glee.

“Yeah I got a lot of chocolates and dolls and so many other things only for you”.

Louisa handed Amelia a glass of water and sat at the sofa opposite her. Amelia took a sip out of her glass and placed it on the table beside her.

She maintained strict eye contact with Louisa. “What the f**k is going on Lou? I am utterly confused on what is going on, who do you love between Dylan and Jake?”

“Is that even a question Amy? of course you know who I really love”

Amelia stood up and turned on the tv present in the mini living room. She turned in to an entertainment news channel before returning to her seat.

“Then kindly explain to me what this is about? you got engaged to Dylan when you love Jake and I thought you were some love guru”

“Jake broke up with me”

Amelia stared at Louisa in unbelief, she wasn’t expecting to hear this. She had been a witness to their love and affection towards each other.

“What? how did this happen?”

“He had seen I and Dylan together on multiple occasions and had been questioning but few days back he just decided to end things for good”

Louisa stood up from her seat and walked to the table, she picked took a tissue out of the box and wiped her face with it.

“I’m so sorry but that doesn’t stop you from moving on with your life, if they leave it means they were never meant for you”

Louisa turned sharply to Amelia “Dylan? and what makes you think that? he is the root of all my problems ever since I met him I’ve been loosing things”

Louisa swallowed hard, what? how can a playboy fall in love? that was the craziest joke she has ever heard. She laughed out loud.

“He loves me? or he wants my body just like he did to other girls? I’ve heard him say those words to girls thousand of times and I’m not going to fall for that trick!”

“Well you have to! Dylan is nowhere to be found! he left the city yesterday and has promised to come back whenever he moves on from his one sided love for you”

“Big sis can we go now? I want to see all my new dolls”.

Amelia smiled at her “Of course we can but first get your things”

Chloe nodded and ran off. “Lou think about it” Amelia said and went after Chloe.
