MY ONE NIGHT STAND WITH MR ARROGANT

Amelia hurried out of the car, she arrived a little bit later at Aidan’s new school because of the traffic jam.

She noticed most parents were already with their kids.. she didn’t have to search too far before she spotted him sitting on a bench with a girl who was endlessly talking to him.

She smiled in relief, her baby boy already had a friend on his first day in his new school.

Aidan had a certain urge to clamp the blabbering girl’s mouth with a peg. He simply nodded to everything she said to him.

His gaze trailed off and that was when he noticed his mum..

“Mummy!” he called out and took to his heels, he jumped into Amelia’s opened arms and planted endless pecks on her cheeks.

“Aidan what is this now? did you miss me that much?” she asked in between small laughs.

“More than you can imagine” he giggled.

Amelia’s gaze returned to the girl who was ogling at them with a small smile on her lips.

The girl walked towards the mother and son stretching forth her hand.

“I’m Nora nice to meet you Aidan’s mum”

Amelia was awed at her bold attitude which reminded her of her younger self.

Aidan had a frown on his face, he doesn’t like it when other kids makes friend with his mum.. she was his alone.

“You also have a mummy right? go and make friends with her and leave my mummy alone!”

Nora’s face lit up “Mum!” She dashed off to the lady standing a few feet away from them.

“Haven’t I warned you not to talk with strangers?” Louisa scolded pulling Nora’s chin affectionately.

“She is my new friend’s mum”

Louisa took a glance at the lady having a hearty chat with her son.

Her brows drew together at the familiar sight, she gently took Nora’s hands in hers and walked slowly towards Amelia.

“Excuse me” Louisa called out, Amelia turned to the lady seeking her attention with a smile.

They both engulfed themselves in a tight embrace that wasn’t ending anytime soon.

Aidan and Nora exchanged brief glances “Yay! our mums know each other” Nora exclaimed which Aidan didn’t find interesting one bit.

Louisa and Amelia pulled away from each other with tears in their eyes.

“Where on earth did you run off to? we searched every where for you”

Louisa nodded her head in understanding, her eyes darted to Aidan who was standing next to her.

“Is he you and Liam’s son?” she didn’t need any DNA test to tell her whose child Aidan was, it was clear enough.

“No! he is not!”

Amelia fondled with her purse and brought out a card, she placed it on Louisa’s palm and hurriedly walked away with Aidan.

“Amelia wait!”

Amelia entered her car and drove off, she didn’t want anyone asking her questions concerning her son.

Allison twirled in front of her mirror, she had spent most of her time today at the spa because she wanted to look pretty for liam..

“Oh girly you are looking all pretty!” she murmured to herself.

There was a small rasp on her door which interrupted her moment of admiration.

“Young miss the chauffeur is here” the servant announced.

Allison gasped and wore her black heels to match with her red dinner gown.

She wanted tonight to be so memorable for her that was the reason she spent so much to take care of her skin.

She hurried out of her room and out of the house, she saw the black car waiting for her.

Allison fixed her hair and got into the car but to her surprise Liam was not in the car.

Her eyes blazed in anger, she reverted her gaze to the chauffeur.

“Where is my date?” Allison barked out loud.

“I’m here to drop you off at the designated location… I know nothing about your date”

Allison took in a deep breath, she imagined a million more reasons why Liam couldn’t pick her up himself.

“Who knows.. he might be planning a romantic date for me” she blushed hard at the thought.

The car pulled in front of a hotel, she also noticed this was the same hotel Liam’s guards threw her out of.

The chauffeur stepped out and opened the door for her with a bow…

Allison had a million thoughts running through her mind as to why Liam chose a hotel instead of a five star restaurant…

“Does Liam want to take our relationship to the next stage? that could be a possibility too” her cheeks flushed crimson red at the naughty thoughts that crept into her head.

Her phone rang out, she smiled seeing as the caller was Liam.

“Hi”

“Room 503” his reply came out short with no hint of emotion.

Allison stared at her phone for some seconds, his tone doesn’t sound like he was going to profess his love for her or something.

Without wasting anymore time, she found her way to the elevator.

In less than five minutes, she stood in front of room 503 blushing hard at what might happen if she stayed in the room together with Liam…

The door opened to reveal Liam, he massaged his nape staring at the weird look on Allison’s face…

He cleared his throat which brought her out of her daydream.

Allison stared down at her feet biting her bottom lips.

“Liam… I can’t believe that you want to actually take our relationship to the next level… If you know what I mean…. I’ve been waiting for this day for a while also…”

Liam arched a brow at her and walked past her “Foolish!” he murmured which she heard loud and clear.

Allison’s face paled, has she been imagining things? why else did he call her over here if not to spend some time with her?

She called out but it fell on deaf ears as his footsteps fastened a bit..

They got into the elevator with a few other people, the doors were about to close when a foot was placed in between the closing doors.

“Jason you’ll hurt yourself!”

Liam’s face freezed as he heard the familiar voice.

The elevator opened up again, Jason took Aidan’s hand guilding him in followed by Amelia.

“Mummy don’t worry about daddy… he is a superman just like he claims to be!”

The family of three failed to notice the two who were frozen with shock at their back.

Liam stared at Amelia’s familiar back and then to Aidan.

The doors opened once more, Aidan was the first to step out followed by his parents.
