Chapter 685 Revenge

Hearing Colin's evaluation, Hunter was even more embarrassed.

Colin took out the hand in his pocket to tap Hunter on the shoulder, holding Faye's waist and walking

in.

In the living room, the two men who stabbed Carlotta with a dagger on a motorcycle were tied and knelt

on the ground.

Both of them were badly hurt. Though it was not obvious because of clothes on their bodies, their faces

were bloody.

Colin entered the room and stepped to the front of the them. He deliberately paused and asked in a

cold voice, "Who stabbed Carlotta?"

Before Ethan sitting on the sofa answered, one of them shivered and blurted out, "It's him, not me."

With the anger and viciousness in his eyes flashing by, Colin lifted one foot to kick the speaker fiercely.

The man crawled to the ground and trembled all over.

Seeing this, the other man was scared and fainted directly.

Colin said, "Wake him up with cold water."

He took Faye to sit down on a sofa.

Noticing them took their seats, Ethan pushed a cup of coffee on the coffee table to Faye. "Faye, try it.

It's my grandfather's collection."

Faye smiled. "Thank you."

Ethan gave her a smile and said nothing, and then he looked at Colin in the eye.

Colin asked, "Who instigated them?"

Ethan replied in a low voice, "They didn't confess." Content held by NôvelDrama.Org.

Colin scoffed. "Did they?"

Ethan said, "They almost died, but they didn't tell the truth."

Colin raised the corner of his lips, and he was about to say something. Faye sitting next to him tasted

the coffee and said, "Let me ask them."

Hearing this, Colin and Ethan tilted their heads simultaneously.

Faye put down the coffee cup in her hand and looked up at Ethan. "I remember there is an idle

basement in you house."

Ethan didn't answer and raised his eyebrows to look at Colin.

Hesitating for a moment, Colin nodded and drank the coffee that Faye had drunk before.

With the approval of Colin, Ethan answered with a smile, "Yes. You mean take them to the basement?"

Faye replied softly, "Thanks."

Ethan turned his head and winked at his bodyguards.

The bodyguards dragged the two men and took them to the basement.

Faye stood up and took several steps. Seeing the bloody dagger on the coffee table, she lifted her

eyelids and asked Ethan, "Is this the dagger that hurt Carlotta?"

Ethan replied honestly, "Yes, it is."

Faye turned to pick up the dagger from the coffee table. Without speaking, she turned and left in high

heels.

Watching Faye leave, Ethan leaned back to the sofa, and turned to look at Colin with a pair of deep

eyes. "Faye left. Aren't you going to follow her to the basement?"

Colin rubbed the edge of the cup that Faye had just touched. He said calmly, "Just two men. It's not a

big deal."

Ethan suddenly smiled. "I remember someone said that he was a serious businessman."

Colin lightly raised one eyebrow. "Did I?"

In the basement, the awake man knelt on the ground and kowtowed to Faye.

"Don't kill me, please don't kill me."

"I am a nobody. I just took orders from others."

Glancing at the man nonchalantly, Faye crouched down and put the dagger in her hand on the artery of

his neck. "I have mental illness."

The man froze and did not dare to move, stuttering, "Please...Please spare me."

Faye continued, "I will kill people if I go crazy."

Looking at Faye, the man dared not to breathe.

Faye kept a blank face. When the man thought she would hurt him, Faye suddenly stabbed the man

who had just been scared and fainted by his side with the dagger.

The man lying on the ground was not waken up by cold water.

Nevertheless, he opened his eyes owing to the pain after getting stabbed by the dagger.

The man looked at the dagger inserted in his thigh with fear, and then he stared at Faye.

With a poker face, Faye turned the dagger inserted in his thigh and asked without expression, "Does it

hurt?"
