Chapter 8 The Exile Day Began
Tina walked back alone. After the fierce thing and being blown by cold wind all night, she got a high
fever in the morning.
However, she was not given a chance to rest. The call from the personnel department came.
She was assigned to a car sales company under Langford Group. Her position was a front-line sale. It
was a totally exile.
How cruel Samuel was. She was pressed directly into the soil.
From the chief secretary to the direct sale, just like a beloved concubine was assigned to be a frontier
soldier.
Tina went to report with the high fever.
Only when she arrived at the scene did she know what front-line was.
It was a small room, and was full of sundry goods. The air was filled with strange smell.
The supervisor who received her named Victor Miller. It was a fat middle-aged man.
He was too enthusiastic. When Tina entered the door, his eyes were stuck on her. And he tried to know
about the reason why Tina was exiled.
Tina didn't tell him anything about it. Then he waved impatiently and let Tina find her seat by herself.
Tina ignored others' strange look. She put her things on the desk and sat down to learn about the
business.
She didn't care about business. She just wanted to finish three months.
So she didn't introduce herself, but went straight to the hall after getting familiar with the business.
Others were all busy with their work, and no one paid attention to her. She felt dizzy, so she leaned in
the corner to rest.
"Excuse me, can I try this car?" In a trance, a voice came.
Tina looked at the man. It was an old man in his fifties wearing a shirt standing in front of her. There
was a small hole in the collar of his clothes. He didn't look like a rich man.
She looked around. No one paid attention to the old man. They probably thought he could not afford it.
"Yes, I'll go and get the key."
Tina took a breath, tried to overcome her dizziness and went to the backstage to get the key.
The old man tried a Mercedes Class C, which was about 60,000 dollars. Tina took the information book
and thought about how to introduce it.
But before she spoke, the old man got off the car.
"I'll buy this car."
Tina was stunned, and people around them who looked down on the old man were also stunned.
"Don't you ask for more details?"
"It's not a big deal. I have bought cars seven or eight times. I don't need introduction." The old man
waved.
After his words, others in the office were all stunned. They were extremely depressed.
Tina was also surprised. She soon take the old man to go through the formalities.
When the staff began to handle it, Mr. Miller suddenly came out and pulled her to the side.
Tina was annoyed by his touch. She stepped back, "What's up?"
"You got such a big customer on the first day. Buy everyone some drink. It will help you get along with
others." He said as if he was a good leader.
It was hard for Tina to refuse. She nodded calmly, "Wait for me..."
Mr. Miller turned around directly and said to others, "Tina will buy us drinks. Tell her what do you want."
Tina felt a little uncomfortable. However, they had gathered around her and told her what they want to
drink.
She wrote them down in her notebook and it filled a whole page.
She wanted to go to the reception desk. A red-lipped woman named Tiffany took her arm, in a very
close way.
"Tina, go and buy them. I'll help you with the rest of the formalities." ConTEent bel0ngs to Nôv(e)lD/rama(.)Org .
