Chapter 53

A disaster

“This How We’re gonna do it. If it doesn’t work that way we could go over to plan B. Anyway, we ain’t gonna lose.”

“So where do I come in?” Elina asked.

“We’re going in together.” He replied.

“So we ain’t gonna give them what they’re asking me, instead we’re gonna have our own show in there. If that doesn’t work we go for plan B.”

“That’s what I just said.”

“We should get ready, we’ll be leaving in an hour.”

“Is Ezra coming?”

“Yes. We need him. But he would be in the car, just in case something happens.”

Ezra nodded.

He knows Kenzo hasn’t forgiven him yet for the fake result he brought. He didn’t know the results was fabricated. Someone must have done it. If he had known he would have done it himself, that was the mistake he made, he didn’t, but gave it to someone else to do it. And he deserves to get punished for it.Material © NôvelDrama.Org.

“Hey.” Aziel taps his shoulders, he flinched at the touch. He was getting scared already, Kenzo right now was full of fury. He could pull a bullet through your skull at the slightest provocation.

“Let’s go out.”

He nods. And stood up. Following Aziel out of the study. Sambas followed out too, giving Elina a signal to leave with them. But she turns a blind eye to it.

“You should go too.” He said to Elina, with his back against her.

“I would after you tell me what dress to put on.”

“Aziel would bring them to you.”

“Hope it’s not gonna be a blue dress.”

“It is.”

“And then you’ll be on black suit.”

“Yes.”

“That’s seems like our uniform this days. We’re always on blue and black.”

“Get out.” His voice was low and hard, devoid of emotions. She sighed.

“You shouldn’t be hurting alone. We’re all hurting. It was Ben. He was part of us. We’re feeling it too. That’s why we’re giving in our full support to make this work. You can’t keep pushing us away.”

“Go away!” He yelled.

She ran shortly to him. Hugging him from behind. He froze. When he felt her body pressed against his.

“Please. Just let me.”

All she heard was his breathing. Then he spun around and took her hands off him. And hugged her. She hugged him back tightly.

They hugged in silence.

This was what he needed. Silence.

And she was giving it to him. This was the last hug he was gonna get from her. The last touch. He wanted it to last. He squeezed her body into his.

He never wanted to let go. But her life could be in danger if as she said Hazard was working with Savage. Then he would target her. He would want to use her against him and he doesn’t want that to happen.

How is she gonna take the news. That’s he’s getting married. He hadn’t speak to Zara in a while and he doesn’t know what she’s planning.

He couldn’t back down from this. Not now, it was kill or be killed. He was in the game.

He pulled away.

“You should get ready.”

Because after this. It’s over between them, he wound send her away from here. She could go over to where she wants to. But stay far from him. That was it.

After tonight.

“You can leave Elina.”

She nods and stands on her toe to kiss him, but wasn’t still enough yet. He chuckled at her small she was. So he helped her from straining so much.

Bringing his head downwards to kiss her.

She kissed him back. Wrapping her hands around him. Kissing him. He opened up for her. For once he was gonna let her gain dominance over his mouth. He pressed her body against him. So she could feel his groin, about to raise up. His hands went up to her ass and grabbed them.

She moaned in his mouth.

He pulled away, taking two steps back from her.

“This is enough.”

She nods and walked out of the study room. Shutting the door behind her.

Ah!

He groaned. Hitting his fist on the table.

“ahhh!” He swept the books off the table with his hands. He would come back for you Elina, he just had to win this fight and then woo you like every normal guy would.

That’s what he wanted. But for now, her safety was what matters to him.

“We’re all ready?”

“Yes master.”

“Let’s go. Where’s Elina?”

“She’s in the car already.”

“We’ll meet there then.”

They bow and enters the separate cars. He was alone in the car with Aziel. He filled his gun with bullet. Ams dropped them in the empty seat beside him. He didn’t want Elina to be beside him. It was better this way. Though he was missing her already. It just had to be this way. This was the plan. He told them but that wasn’t the real reason. This was it. He didn’t know how he was gonna tell her to leave. Maybe she had an idea, maybe she has a clue about what he was going to say, since she didn’t argue with him and decided to do just what he asked. She acted so different, maybe she was able to sense it that he doesn’t want to be with her for that moment.

He never planned for this moment.

“We’re here.” He stopped the car, came out and opened the door for Kenzo. He step out with the gun in his hands.

He stood by the car door waiting for the next car to pile up. They came out of the car and it was remaining the car Elina was. He waited for her but the car wasn’t coming yet.

“What’s taking them so long?”

“I’m gonna call him.”

Aziel pulled out his phone making a call through Sambas but it went straight to voicemail. So he decided to leave a message for him.

“They should be here by now. Why ain’t they here?” He was getting worried. Maybe he would have asked her to be in the same car he was. Now he was all getting worried about her. Why isn’t she here.

“I can see the car coming..”

He exhaled. And acted like he was never worried about her.

The car stopped behind them. Everyone turned. Waiting for them to get out. A man came out of the driver seat and went round to open the door for her to come out of the car. Her legs were the first thing they saw. Then her body, her body was bigger than Elina, Kenzo glue his eyes to her body watching her.

Then her face came in view, he turned to the driver and saw that it wasn’t Sambas.

Who the hell was he?

She wore the blue gown that she has to wear, it appears shorter to her body, because she was more curvy and her hips and boos, got most part of the dress. He won’t deny that she looks hot on it.

But she wasn’t Elina. Where’s Elina. Who was this girl?

She step closer into the light. And everyone got to see her face.

“Zara!” Kenzo yelled.

“Elina, where’s she?”

“Back home. She’s safe. Tonight I’ll be right by your side.”

“What of Sambas? What did you do to them.”

“Nothing, they are safe. Maybe they would wake till tomorrow morning after everything is done. And I told her a few things she needs to know about us. Let’s go honey. I know you miss me. I’ll talk about that at night.”

“Let’s go.” Kenzo ordered. With his face as hard as rock.

They couldn’t go back now. They were already here they had to go through with it.

With or without Elina.

But he wanted her here because by tomorrow everything was gonna change. Since she had seen Zara. A lot has happened then, that had changed her way of thinking. He could say she made it easier for him.

It’s time to let her go…
