Chapter 109 The drunk ex-boyfriend
Anger was boiling up inside Blanca, but she swallowed her anger as best she could. She did not attempt to free herself and stood quietly. “We can talk about this, right? First, you should Let me go.”
“No! If I let you go, you will get away from me again!” Todd said in a choked voice. To Blanca’s surprise, Todd, about 180, broke down in tears. Blanca was torn between annoyance and a desire to laugh by this scene.
She was held by this drunk man tightly and she hated him but couldn’t provoke him. “If you don’t let me go, I will never forgive you. Todd, I know you pretty well. You’re still a good person.” Blanca tried her best to ease his mind.
“OK. OK.” Todd said quickly and his grip slackened. “Should we call a truce, please? You have to give me a chance! Don’t lie to me, Blanca.”
After breaking free, Blanca turned to look at Todd. He was as good looking as ever but now the face only made her sick. Without thinking, she raised one knee and kicked his penis with all her strength.
“Ouch!” Todd gave a howl of pain. He curled up with pain. His face became very white and his entire body began shaking. At this time, a sudden glare of headlights lit the way. Todd made a frantic dash for Blanca with a wine bottle. “How dare you! Son of a bitch! I’m going to kill you!” He snarled and was about to swing the bottle at Blanca’s head with all his might.Content (C) Nôv/elDra/ma.Org.
Sudden panic made Blanca frozen. She closed her eyes. She thought she would really die this time.
Unexpectedly, next moment Todd’s squeals of pain sounded in her ears. “Ouch! That hurt. Ah, let me go! Help! Help!”
“Are you OK?” said a familiar voice.
Blanca opened her eyes. The first to appear was Matthew’s face, with a worried look and a frown. He was gazing at Blanca with concern. His face looked stern and angry.
Blanca went very pale, and could not stop herself from trembling. Tears started falling down. “I’m fine,” she said.
Looking at his tear-soaked wife, Matthew’s frown deepened. Todd knelt in front of him, begging. Matthew looked sideways at him and gave him a kick. Matthew recognized that he was Blanca’s ex-boyfriend.
“Who are you? Why do you hit me?” Todd summoned his courage to ask.
Matthew sneered and enfolded Blanca in his arms. He stared fiercely at Todd and said in a steely voice, “Are you blind? Blanca is my wife. Hurt her again, and you’re dead.”
Somehow, his powerful and imperious voice soothed Blanca. She felt so warm in his arms. It was wonderful to be protected. For a moment, she thought it might be nice to marry Matthew. She raised her head and looked at her husband. His face was hard and steely and his eyes were as cold and sharp as chips of ice. He was so cool!
Matthew didn’t notice the look on Blanca’s face. He took out his phone and dialed. “Come to the parking lot. There’s a drunk guy here. Come and throw him out.”
In less than five minutes, several security guards ran in. Todd saw them and instantly wanted to run away, but he was caught soon. He yelled, struggling with all his might, and cried, “You are so stupid, Matthew! Blanca is a stone-cold bitch! She…”
“Shut him up!” said Matthew coldly.
Next second, Todd was gagged and was not able to make a word.
Then Matthew turned and looked at Blanca. “Where did he touch you?”
“Eh?”
“Take a shower!” Matthew said and Blanca laughed out loud.
